Turning and milling centers

We process your turned and milled parts in modern
CNC machining centers, through which we have the opportunity to
turning and milling the workpieces.
Because we can produce drilling patterns, milling work and turning in just 1-2 set-ups, we achieve the highest levels of precision in terms of alignment, perpendicularity and concentricity.
In addition, this enables a reduction in the costs that you incur.
Precision turned parts are not a big challenge for us, as we always calibrate our measuring equipment and check our machines for manufacturing accuracy.

Our 5-axis milling machines enable us to realize the most complex geometries in just a few set-ups.

Stamp certificate EN 10204


The re-stamping authorization ensures that appropriate measures are taken to ensure that products with certificates of material tests are properly re-stamped by the holder of the authorization.

In addition, materials with acceptance test certificate 3.1 (oA) according to EN 10204 for small parts can be re-stamped in accordance with the specifications in the technical rules. A re-stamping certificate is required for re-stamped products

issued for you by the company ISM Zerspanung GmbH.


3D printing

We are also at your disposal for FDM and SLA printing.
The printing of 3D models has become an indispensable part of prototype construction these days.
It enables very complex structures and geometries to be produced without much effort.
FDM 3D printing enables the processing of a wide variety of high-quality thermoplastics,
whereas the SLA printing method can offer a much higher surface finish and accuracy of up to 0.005.

If you need help creating 3D models or manufacturing drawings, we are happy to help.
Since we have the option of modeling in 3D in our CAD system and creating production drawings, we are sure to have the right solution for you here as well.

Special services
